Job Description

The Gunster Law Firm seeks a full-time Administrative Coordinator for its Naples office. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls, visitors and vendors, and represent the firm pleasantly and professionally. Responsibilities include greeting all guests and notifying attorneys and staff of arrivals, scheduling conference room space, coordinating catering orders, setting up and cleaning up conference rooms and common areas.

This position will also be responsible for completing other administrative tasks as assigned. Additional requirements include strong verbal communication skills, prior administrative or receptionist experience, professional appearance and demeanor.

We estimate the salary for this position to be in the range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
