Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound telephone calls as the front desk receptionist, logging all calls received.
- Track job site operations and scheduling, including job bids and service calls.
- Enter data for estimates, agreements, and certificates.
- Draft correspondences, emails, and other documents.
- Assist in billing and collections.
- Review reports and plan appointments accordingly.
- Maintain dependability, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional customer service.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Prior experience in office administration or related fields.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Availability to work standard Monday-Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our office in Naples FL.
