Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound telephone calls as the front desk receptionist, logging all calls received.
  • Track job site operations and scheduling, including job bids and service calls.
  • Enter data for estimates, agreements, and certificates.
  • Draft correspondences, emails, and other documents.
  • Assist in billing and collections.
  • Review reports and plan appointments accordingly.
  • Maintain dependability, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in office administration or related fields.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Availability to work standard Monday-Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our office in Naples FL.
