About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Survivor Support Coordinator to join our team at Jenesse Center. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services to survivors of domestic violence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cordinate client orientation and intake processes
  • Develop and update goal-orientated case/action plans
  • Provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and advocacy services
  • Maintain accurate client files and provide feedback on program goals

As a Survivor Support Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other teams to ensure an effective response to survivors in crisis. Your strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Requirements
  • Must support Jenesse's mission and philosophy and be able to function within a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic crisis center setting
  • Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Must have a strong work ethic, be self-directed, and able to coordinate multiple tasks
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Jenesse Center is a smoke-free workplace, so the candidate must be able to work in a smoke-free environment
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug and alcohol screening and background check
  • Jenesse is a 24-hour shelter program, so the candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or overnight if needed

The estimated salary for this position is $18.00-$25.00 per hour.
