About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Case Manager to join our team at Jenesse Center, Inc. The successful candidate will provide critical support services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Facilitating comprehensive needs assessments to identify clients' safety, housing, legal, health, vocational and mental health needs.
  • Creating tailored case plans that outline tasks, goals and timelines for accomplishment.
  • Empowering clients through guidance on establishing a safe contact system, maintaining confidentiality, creating a safety plan, accessing basic resources and partnering with reputable agencies.
  • Mobilizing and coordinating community resources to support assigned clients.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
  • Advocating for fair treatment of clients across various service providers.
  • Providing escort services to appointments as needed.
  • Recording all client interactions in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Participating in case conferencing and related activities.
  • Offering ongoing support to clients up to one year post-program exit.
  • Presenting outreach services to external agencies and organizations.
  • Evaluating and enhancing relationships with partner agencies to better serve Jenesse clients.
  • Timely completion of necessary paperwork.

Our mission is to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive services to survivors and their families. We foster a wellness-based community through various programs, including community outreach and education, youth initiatives, faith-based partnerships and domestic violence training.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
