Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in providing physical therapy services to our patients in their homes. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to implement patient care programs and provide intermittent physical therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide educational support to patients and families to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience as a licensed PT in a clinical care setting or home health preferred.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA required.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
