Marketing Director

As a Marketing Manager at Best Buy, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance industry awareness. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive consideration and sales of Best Buy products and services.
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product offerings, ensuring alignment with company goals and maximizing monetization opportunities.
- Oversee trade event strategy, including recommending which trade events Best Buy attends and optimizing sponsorship opportunities.
- Work with embedded creative teams and agency partners to execute sales enablement strategies that support internal teams and partners.
- Manage and optimize the GTM team marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve targets.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to gain insights into customer behaviors and drive customer-centric marketing strategies.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or advertising.
- 3+ years of experience leading Go to Market campaigns.
- 3+ years of working with cross-functional partners and multiple levels within the organization.
- Strong business acumen and ability to create marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Strong ability to manage budgets and deliver financial transparency to executive teams.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Event/Experiential Marketing experience.
- Experience working in retail, media, or B2B industries.
