We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications Director to join our team at The Nature Conservancy. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans to engage diverse audiences and promote our conservation work.
  • Lead a team of marketing and communications professionals to create and execute strategic campaigns, events, and programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement effective communications strategies that advance our mission and goals.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of marketing and communications initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and media outlets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 9 years of experience in marketing and communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing staff and budgets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
