About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the interior and exterior spaces.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment, changing light bulbs, and emptying trash compactors.
  • Assist with grounds maintenance, including mowing the lawn and trimming bushes.
  • Unload delivery trucks and assist with inventory management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
