Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting residents as needed.
  • Participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition, making independent decisions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Requirements:
  • A current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • A desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
