Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Equipment Inventory Coordinator to join our team at PepsiCo. This role will be responsible for facilitating the purchasing and inventory management of parts for all marketing equipment stocking locations in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Assess inventory levels to determine inaccuracies and shrinkage, and create reports for field locations to promote meeting parts line planned budgets.
  • Purchasing: Accurately purchase parts from the lowest cost and most efficient supplier while closing and paying orders in a timely manner.
  • Customer Support: Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers, provide support through conference calls, emails, and team meetings.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze inventories to provide replenishment of parts on a bi-weekly basis and minimize overstock or out of stock parts.
  • Order Management: Complete parts requests from the field using internal ordering files, purchasing programs, and inventory applications.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Technical Skills: Competency with Microsoft Office and purchasing programs
  • Communication Skills: Ability to concisely communicate with peers, supervisors, and suppliers
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to prioritize and plan appropriately to reach business needs
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes and flexible with tasks
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop relationships with customers and suppliers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, APS, ERT, Business Objects, CETS, etc.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of MPR (PES Parts) processes and functions
