Job Summary:

Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Technician to join our team. As a Material Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout our production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt and storage of materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage practices.
  • Coordinate with production teams to identify material needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and material movements.
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory as required to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to resolve material-related issues and improve inventory management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in inventory management, material handling, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
