Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role within Kantar America's Sales team, contributing significantly to revenue growth for the Profiles Division. This position is centered on engaging new enterprise clients with our quantitative research solutions derived from proprietary resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and qualify a robust pipeline of potential clients across various industry sectors.
- Initiate and conduct meetings with prospects through strategic outreach efforts.
- Surpass quarterly and annual sales targets by prioritizing key activities and utilizing available resources effectively.
- Establish Kantar Profiles as a vital partner for enterprise clients through strategic account management and engagement.
- Identify the most suitable Profiles solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to secure renewals and identify new opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to successful closure and delivery.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain precise tracking of the sales pipeline.
- Foster collaborative relationships with Kantar colleagues and client support teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in acquiring new business and expanding existing client accounts.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to driving outreach initiatives.
- Familiarity with the Sample Market Research industry or related fields.
- Ability to forge and sustain collaborative partnerships with clients.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Exceptional logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to achieving both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Commercial acumen and a commitment to supporting the organization in achieving its financial goals.
- Passion for Sample Panel research and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
