About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Conduct site assessments and system evaluations to recommend appropriate HVAC products and services.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals by addressing technical questions and concerns from clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales or engineering, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-related software and tools.
