The Role of a SSA

This critical position within our Private Wealth team requires a collaborative professional to work closely with the Market Team. They will focus on delivering exceptional service, supporting client needs, and optimizing the Market Team's productivity through effective reporting and CRM management.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative assistance to the Market Team, ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives and investor requests.
  2. Address escalated operational issues for investor accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  3. Develop custom reports to inform sales teams and drive business decisions.
  4. Promote data integrity within our CRM system.
  5. Cultivate a positive working relationship between operations and sales teams.
  6. Coordinate key investor information to enhance sales teams' performance.

Educational Background and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • While FINRA licenses are not mandatory, they are highly recommended.

A Competitive Package

Our comprehensive compensation package includes an estimated annual salary range of $80,000 to $95,000. Eligible employees may receive a discretionary bonus tied to their individual and team performance.
