Sell Dr. Martens' footwear, apparel, and accessories; achieve personal sales goals and KPI targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, offer product knowledge, and provide outstanding customer service
  • Process sales transactions accurately, meet cash register systems requirements
  • Maintain merchandise displays, organize stockroom, and replenish inventory
  • Clean and maintain store front, stock room, and employee areas

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous retail sales experience in footwear or fashion apparel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a team environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic math, including calculating percentages and counting back change
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, retail/register systems, web-based programs, and computerized inventory systems

Benefits: $19.00 per hour, 65% employee discount on footwear and 50% on accessories, transit and parking flexible spending accounts, PTO and Sick Time
