We are currently seeking a full-time Architectural Visualization Expert to enhance our Design Technology team based in Boulder. This role will focus on producing high-quality renderings and graphic representations that effectively communicate our design narratives and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across departments with architects, designers, and project managers to gather project requirements and objectives.
  • Create detailed architectural renderings and graphics for various projects, including interiors, exteriors, and landscapes, utilizing both realistic and stylized approaches.
  • Develop 3D models from architectural drawings and sketches using industry-standard software.
  • Enhance renderings and graphics with textures, lighting, and visual effects to improve realism and visual impact.
  • Assist in managing firm-wide rendering assets and standards.
  • Travel may be required occasionally for project-related needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within an architecture or design firm.
  • Proficiency in 3D architectural modeling software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino3D.
  • Advanced skills in rendering software including Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen artistic sense.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Strong time management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous rendering work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Architecture, Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AI rendering tools and processes.
  • Experience in creating video flythroughs and animations.
  • Proficiency in VR tools and presentations.
  • Experience with Unreal or Unity development.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform repetitive motions.
  • Capability to sit for extended periods, as well as stand, reach, bend, and lift up to thirty (30) lbs.
  • Effective communication skills to convey information and instructions clearly.
