Summary

  • Enter AR invoices and ensure accuracy
  • Post cash receipts and apply to AR invoices as necessary
  • Follow up with program managers for status of outstanding AR invoices and follow up on past due balances
  • Review accounts receivable register monthly and reconcile to the general ledger
  • Manage the accounts receivable email account
  • Upload positive pay daily, review positive pay exceptions
  • Entering service fees, refunds and credit card reimbursements
  • Complete intercompany billings
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of strong accounts receivable experience
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and accounting software packages
  • Non-profit experience a plus

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Kelly, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of experience in accounts receivable and strong computer skills, especially in Excel and accounting software packages. Non-profit experience is a plus.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for entering AR invoices and ensuring accuracy, posting cash receipts and applying to AR invoices as necessary, and following up with program managers for status of outstanding AR invoices and past due balances. The successful candidate will also review accounts receivable register monthly and reconcile to the general ledger, manage the accounts receivable email account, and upload positive pay daily, reviewing positive pay exceptions.

Additional responsibilities include entering service fees, refunds, and credit card reimbursements, completing intercompany billings, and other duties as assigned.
