- Enter AR invoices and ensure accuracy
- Post cash receipts and apply to AR invoices as necessary
- Follow up with program managers for status of outstanding AR invoices and follow up on past due balances
- Review accounts receivable register monthly and reconcile to the general ledger
- Manage the accounts receivable email account
- Upload positive pay daily, review positive pay exceptions
- Entering service fees, refunds and credit card reimbursements
- Complete intercompany billings
Requirements:
- 3-4+ years of strong accounts receivable experience
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and accounting software packages
- Non-profit experience a plus
