Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the receipt, distribution, and delivery of supplies within our healthcare network.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and processing requisition orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Receiving and inspecting purchase orders to ensure quality and accuracy
- Delivering supplies to various departments within the hospital using a company vehicle
- Replenishing inventory supplies and conducting cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Utilizing Lawson/Mobile Supply Chain RF Scanner to streamline inventory management
- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hospital supply chain or logistics
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record to operate company vehicles
