About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Intern to join our User Experience and Digital Innovation (UXDI) section at the Federal Reserve Bank. As a UXDI intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive innovation and improve the user experience of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of websites, applications, and processes to improve user experience and digital innovation.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement UX design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain templates and artifacts for UX design processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A graduate degree program in a relevant field, such as UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with UX design tools and methodologies.
