The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in helping us define and design our innovative products and services. You will be responsible for creating beautiful and usable customer experiences by focusing on understanding customer pain points and conceiving creative and compelling UX solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design the end-to-end user journey from ideation to prototyping to user acceptance testing of product design executions
  • Collaborate with other designers and participate in our design critique process to receive and provide feedback on design work
  • Use both quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure and improve your designs
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of design systems that turn complex operational processes into elegant application experiences for our customers
  • Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management to understand requirements and deliver product features and roadmap as envisioned by stakeholders
  • Conduct user interviews, user testing sessions, card sorting, affinity mapping, and analyze the data
