Job Summary:

The Nurse Assistant II is an essential member of our nursing team, providing support to patients and staff under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist nursing staff with patient care and daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and communication to patients and their families
  • Follow directions and perform assigned tasks with attention to detail
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient confidentiality policies
  • Hold current AHA BLS certification
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalency required
  • Nurses Aide I certificate listed with the North Carolina Department of Facilities Services and NA II listed with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Ability to relate effectively to patients, families, physicians, and staff
