Key Responsibilities- Administer medications to supported individuals according to prescribed dosage, route, and frequency, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor supported individuals for any adverse reactions or side effects and report concerns to medical personnel.
- Maintain detailed records of medication administration, including dosage, time, route, and observations.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate individual care.
- Assist with medication reconciliation, inventory management, and medication storage in accordance with regulatory standards.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Capable of successfully performing physical behavior interventions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic computer skills.
