Position Overview

As an Engine Assembly Technician, you will be engaged in the assembly of engines within a production setting, emphasizing safety, quality, and teamwork.

The specific tasks may vary based on assigned duties, but generally include the following responsibilities:

1. Assemble engines following established processes and Bill of Materials (B.O.M.).
2. Interpret and understand work instructions while adhering to set procedures.
3. Utilize manufacturing tools to document data and maintain records for quality assurance and maintenance.
4. Verify results for compliance with specifications and implement necessary adjustments.
5. Operate powered equipment such as forklifts and industrial trucks for material handling.

6. Employ various tools and equipment to execute tasks, including hand and power tools, testing apparatus, ladders, hoists, fixtures, jigs, and gauges.

7. Collaborate and assist fellow team members.
8. Maintain a clean work environment and perform other related duties as required.

Work shifts are available on both 1st and 2nd shifts, with this posting intended to fill positions as needed.

Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:
1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

3. Capability to perform manual tasks associated with the outlined job duties throughout the work shift, including frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and repetitive actions.
