Position Summary
As an Engine Assembly Technician, you will:
Engage in engine assembly tasks within a production setting, emphasizing safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Job specifics may vary based on assigned duties, but generally include:
  • Assembling engines in accordance with established processes and Bill of Materials (B.O.M).
  • Reading and understanding work instructions while adhering to established protocols.
  • Utilizing manufacturing tools to document data and maintain quality and maintenance records.
  • Verifying results for compliance with specifications and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Operating powered equipment such as forklifts and industrial trucks to transport materials, components, and equipment.

Employing various tools and equipment to execute tasks, including hand and power tools, testing apparatus, ladders, hoists, fixtures, jigs, and gauges.

Providing assistance and support to fellow team members.

Maintaining a clean work environment and performing other related duties as required.

Shifts may vary between 1st and 2nd, with openings available based on facility requirements.


Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must meet one of the following criteria:

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to perform manual tasks associated with the role throughout the work shift, including frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and executing repetitive actions.
