Position Summary
This position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. As an Engine Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our production environment, emphasizing safety, quality, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
As an Engine Assembler, your duties will include:
  • Assembling engines in accordance with established processes and Bill of Materials (B.O.M).
  • Reading and interpreting work instructions to ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Utilizing manufacturing tools to document data and maintain quality records.
  • Verifying results against specifications and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Operating power-driven equipment, such as forklifts, to transport materials and components.
  • Employing various tools and equipment, including hand and power tools, to perform assembly tasks.
  • Supporting team members and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Shift Information
This position may require working on either 1st or 2nd shifts, depending on operational needs.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess at least one of the following:
    • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
    • National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements
Candidates should be able to perform manual tasks associated with the job duties throughout the work shift, including:
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Repetitive actions as required by the assembly process.
