We handle measurements, estimates, supplementary claims, reinspections, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, fund collection, and collaboration with mortgage companies. Experience timely commission payouts as we compensate based on collected revenue as checks are submitted. We are a rapidly expanding organization, currently operating in 40 markets across 19 states, with aspirations to establish 50 branches within the next five years. Field Sales Consultants are vital to this expansion.

  • Draw advancement versus commission (utilized as steady income)

Responsibilities for Field Sales Consultants
  • Proactively seek, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities (through targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, and social media)
  • Manage and optimize your designated territory
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage
  • Convert inspections into filed claims and signed contracts
  • Review scopes of work and finalize contracts with homeowners
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters on-site
  • Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners
  • Obtain referrals from satisfied customers and through networking
  • Build trust and relationships with homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver)
  • Educate clients on industry standards, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures
  • Systematically manage your sales pipeline using our CRM
  • Maintain regular communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office personnel
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Adhere to AmeriPro's sales system, policies, processes, and procedures
Qualifications for Field Sales Consultants
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven full-cycle sales experience (preferred)
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle with insurance coverage (preferably 10 years or newer to qualify for allowance)
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Must have, or be able to obtain, a smartphone capable of downloading applications and taking photos
  • Industry knowledge is preferred
  • Previous experience with a CRM platform is required
  • Experience with a documented consultative sales system is preferred
  • Self-sufficient; able to work independently
  • Commitment to personal career development by achieving set goals
  • Must hold a valid driver's license (any applicable state)
  • Preferred age of 21 years or older (for insurance purposes)
