Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance of valid certifications and licenses for all staff members, including essential qualifications such as CPR, First Aid, and Fingerprint Clearance Cards.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure adherence to organizational policies.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records within our various tracking systems.
  • Coordinate timely completion of external compliance assessments and reports.
  • Assist in refining and enhancing compliance procedures, communications, and training for staff.
  • Implement necessary staff suspensions in compliance-related situations.
  • Stay informed about evolving compliance regulations from funding sources.

Onboarding Support:

  • Assist the Employee Compliance Specialist with onboarding initiatives.
  • Act as a primary backup for onboarding tasks related to compliance.

General Responsibilities:

  • Address a variety of inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding HR matters.
  • Encourage participation in available internal training programs and recommend external training resources as needed.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with compliance-related vendors.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience in administrative roles, demonstrating effective communication and deadline management.
  • Familiarity with compliance and basic human resources principles.
  • Proficient in typing and computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and fulfill other hiring prerequisites.
