Business Development Specialist

Job Title: Commercial Revenue Manager
City Wide Facility Solutions is a leading provider of building maintenance services, serving over 100 locations across the US and Canada. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial Revenue Manager to join our sales team.
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to drive business growth and expansion through new business development and account management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Prior sales training or certification is highly desirable.
