About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Generalist to join our team at Systemtec. As a Benefits Generalist, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees and our HR partners in supported entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and administering employee benefits programs
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Providing exceptional support to employees and HR partners
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- General accounting knowledge is a plus
Work Location:
Hybrid in Columbia, SC. Requires on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote Monday and Friday.
Compensation and Benefits:
Full-Time Employment with Systemtec means a competitive salary + paid OT, PTO, holidays, health, dental, disability, and life coverage, 401K, tuition reimbursement and more.
