Job Overview

Synectic Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Logistics Program Analyst to support our NAVAIR customer in Patuxent River, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing program/project objectives, requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Key duties include applying analytic techniques, performing management and technical analyses, collecting and interpreting data, and developing program acquisition documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives
  • Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules
  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses
  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
  • Track program/project status and schedules
  • Develop program acquisition documentation, including PIDs, SOWs, and CDRLs
  • Provide updates to NAVAIR AMS Tools and advise Government on status of financial and procurement actions
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management
  • Track program/project status and schedules, configuration management, data deliverables, and Data Management activities
  • Apply SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation to support programs/project through PPBS and life-cycle management of military acquisition programs
  • Process program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree; AA degree considered with 2 additional years of experience
  • 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
  • Desired experience: at least four years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline; and at least two years professional experience in NAVAIR AMS Suite of Tools (CDRLs, PMT, and CSPT), technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
