Job Title: Senior Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to join our team at ITC Defense Corp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, logistics, and acquisition, with a proven track record of success in analyzing and managing complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) International Program Managers, Case Managers, Assistant Program Managers for Logistics (APML) and Team Leads.
  • Analyze and manage all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR).
  • Provide analysis support, track program/project status and schedules in support of the program office.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and international partners.
Requirements:
  • Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance.
  • Master's Degree from an accredited university or college and greater than 10 years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning.
