About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Nexus Solutions for Autism of Oklahoma. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to children and families affected by developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to manage client behaviors and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Facilitate interactions between clients, peers, and family members in various settings, including home and community environments.
  • Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with BCBAs, teachers, parents, and administrative staff to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and families affected by developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
