Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy to support patients' mental health needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise interns and assigned staff to foster professional growth
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field
  • State licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, LBP, or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
