We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK and surrounding cities. As a key member of our multidisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in providing clinic-based and home-based services to children with autism and other disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ABA therapy in individual and group settings
  • Collect data accurately and thoroughly document all sessions
  • Maintain all clinical records in accordance with HIPAA
  • Implement interventions as described by the BCBA
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team
Requirements:
  • Willingness to obtain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or already certified as an RBT
  • 2+ years of experience working with children, or Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, child development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and physically interact with children

Work Environment:

This position works in the clinic and home setting and requires some driving. Travel may be necessary, and the Behavior Technician must maintain personal insurance for their vehicle.
