About the RoleThis position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to our patients and the community at large. As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will be part of our Decisions team, working closely with INTEGRIS Health caregivers to deliver high-quality services.
Responsibilities- Provide age-appropriate therapy and psychosocial assessments to facilitate patient/family use of psychiatric or chemical dependency treatment.
- Lead groups to address the emotional, physical, and environmental needs of mental health patients and/or chemical dependent patients.
- Document patient progress and participate in treatment team meetings.
- Facilitate discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
- Operate under direct supervision of a Licensed Therapist and adhere to National Patient Safety Goals.
- Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Licensed in LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LBP (LADC acceptable for Arcadia Trails).
- 2 years of Mental Health experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
