Bryant's Rent-All is a family-owned and operated rental company in Lexington, Kentucky. With a vast event rental inventory, we cater to clients seeking memorable experiences.

We are looking for an organized and dependable Event Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist clients with reserving rental items while providing exceptional customer service.

This position offers the satisfaction of helping coordinate rentals for significant events in Central Kentucky while maintaining a standard work schedule. You will have the opportunity to work with and network with top-notch event vendors in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant department.
  • Respond to client inquiries and process rental orders over the phone and via email.
  • Greet walk-in clients, addressing their questions, and processing rental reservations.
  • Assist will-call clients by obtaining signatures, final payments, and necessary information.
  • Communicate rental fees and provide detailed information about rental items, including operation, description, and damage waiver.
  • Utilize rental software to create, modify, and manage reservations, ensuring accurate inventory management and alerting supervisors to potential overbookings.
  • Update and review the daily overdue list, notifying supervisors of outstanding contracts.
  • Provide pricing quotes as needed for clients.
  • Recommend suitable rental equipment based on individual client needs.
  • Coordinate site visits between clients and tent/warehouse management.
  • Use CAD programs to generate layouts for clients' events.
  • Ensure seamless communication with internal staff to guarantee a smooth event experience.
  • Maintain the appearance of our showroom, updating displays as required.
  • Participate in networking events when possible.
  • Stay informed about industry trends.
  • Collaborate on various marketing projects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, with at least two Saturdays per month from 8am to noon.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service expertise.
  • Prior computer knowledge is advantageous, although training on our rental software will be provided.
  • You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
