Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to coordinate administrative tasks and support customer service functions across our Canadian branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field inbound inquiries from branch service management to resolve customer service, billing, and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide new customer setup and ongoing maintenance of pricing, billing, and adjustments.
  • Maintain digital customer contract updates and adjustments.
  • Support branches by coordinating accurate billing for new accounts and special requests.
  • Generate branch invoices, documents, and reports as required.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior communication skills and ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed.
  • Proven ability to build effective professional relationships and work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
