D2C Marketing Strategist

We are a pioneering e-commerce startup in the wellness tech sector, dedicated to breaking down barriers to alternative care through technology, science, and education. Our mission is to make holistic wellness solutions more accessible and understandable to everyone. Having achieved initial success on Amazon, we're expanding our direct-to-consumer (D2C) presence to improve margins and scale our business.
The RoleWe're seeking a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for wellness tech and a proven track record with elite wellness brands like AG1, Olipop, Therabody, Oura, or similar. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and optimizing our acquisition funnel, driving customer acquisition, and helping us move over $150K in inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive D2C marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build and optimize the acquisition funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion.
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEM, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, etc.).
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, provide insights, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our brand positioning.
- Work closely with our team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and operational capabilities.
- Optimize marketing spend to achieve the best possible results within budget constraints.
- Experience: Preferred 5-7 years in marketing, specifically within the wellness tech industry or with elite wellness brands.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling acquisition funnels for D2C wellness brands.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
