Program Management Professional

Kyo, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is seeking a skilled Program Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the clinical team, you will oversee the implementation of ABA principles and related behavior intervention procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with developmental disabilities and possess strong leadership skills.
**Job Summary:**
The Program Supervisor will provide on-going training, mentoring, and support to clinical staff and caregivers in the implementation of ABA principles and related behavior intervention procedures. They will also assist with drafting and/or dissemination of reports/program updates, prepare agendas for team meetings, and facilitate these meetings as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using techniques from the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Assist clients in acquiring academic and/or appropriate life skills
- Utilize company-provided iPad for onsite data collection and to report progress regarding client performance and behavior
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and openly with all team members, clients, and clients' parents/caregivers
**Requirements:**
- Ability and willingness to obtain and/or maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification or, where applicable, state specific ABA licensure
- Possesses a Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree
- Currently enrolled in a BACB verified course sequence for BCBA coursework
**Salary:** $63,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and employee assistance program.
