Key Responsibilities
  • Damage Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough site inspections to assess damage and develop effective mitigation plans to minimize losses.
  • Scope and Invoice for Service: Create detailed scopes of work and invoices for clients, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available for assignments.
  • Fleet and Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Deconstruction and Restoration: Conduct deconstruction of damaged properties, removing affected materials and restoring structures to their original condition.
  • Operate Mitigation Machinery: Safely operate various mitigation equipment, including extraction machines, pumps, and dehumidifiers.
  • Perform Applied Structural Drying: Conduct applied structural drying according to IICRC standards, ensuring that properties are restored to their pre-loss condition.
