About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at Eclipse Enterprises. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems, as well as providing technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Inspection: Perform regular maintenance and inspections of UPS systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions and failures of UPS systems, using your technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interventions and maintenance protocols, providing detailed reports to management as required.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
