Job Summary

The Lead Front Desk Receptionist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guests with a thorough understanding of spa services and facilities.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Collaborate with spa management to ensure high standards of customer service and quality control.
  • Assist with training and development of front desk staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Manage retail product inventory and maintain a clean and organized presentation of retail items.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and local regulations.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, spa, hospitality, sales, and/or retail.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Polished, professional demeanor, with a strong command of written and verbal English.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
