Position OverviewAs a Client Relationship Consultant, you will cultivate strong connections with clients through various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions, scheduled appointments, and virtual engagements. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional guidance while embracing a digital-first approach. Trust is the foundation of our client relationships, and you will assess and address their banking requirements, manage customer and account information, and educate clients on our deposit and loan offerings, tailoring solutions to meet their individual goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Identify and recommend tailored solutions for both new and existing clients based on their specific needs.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of consumer and business banking products, including digital services.
- Ensure a consistent and optimal client experience by welcoming clients and processing basic transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with branch team members and partners to enhance client service.
- Facilitate the opening of new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and process credit applications.
- Proactively inform clients about emerging digital products and self-service options to better meet their financial needs.
- Utilize available resources and technology to enhance the client experience and deliver operational excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four to five years of experience in customer service.
- Four to five years of sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- In-depth knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail banking products and services.
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales campaigns and promotions.
- Familiarity with digital products and self-service technologies.
- Ability to identify and address clients' true needs with a digital-first mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in making suitable recommendations for clients.
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
