  • Prospect and engage with potential customers to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to resolve inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation
  • This is a commission-only position, with sales representatives earning 15% of gross profit on each job sold.
