Se encargan de recibir, almacenar y distribuir productos, todo mientras brindan un servicio al cliente excepcional.

Un día típico en la vida de un Coordinador de Suministros:

  • Seleccionar y emitir piezas para que el cliente mantenga su operación en funcionamiento.
  • Recibir y revisar cuidadosamente las piezas para asegurar que el cliente reciba exactamente lo que solicitó.
  • Almacenar las piezas recibidas en el inventario, colocando los materiales en la ubicación de almacenamiento correcta y manteniendo un conteo detallado del inventario.
  • Documentar transacciones con precisión y notificar al cliente una vez que las piezas han sido recibidas.
  • Colaborar y comunicarse con el cliente mientras se proporciona un servicio al cliente excepcional.
  • Informar al comprador sobre cualquier artículo que esté fuera de stock.
  • Entregar piezas según sea necesario.

Las habilidades que aportarás a nuestro equipo diverso:

  • Título de secundaria o experiencia laboral equivalente (preferiblemente en almacén, servicio al cliente y/o experiencia en suministros).
  • Disposición para capacitarse en responsabilidades de almacén.
  • Capacidad para levantar pesos de hasta 50 libras sin ayuda; pesos mayores utilizando equipos como transpaletas.
  • Conocimiento de software de Microsoft Office (conocimiento de ERP es un plus).
  • Disposición para trabajar en un entorno industrial donde puede haber exposición a calor, ruido y suciedad.
