Key Responsibilities- Manage data and files to provide accurate insights into operational functions, such as vehicle tracking, training, and fleet status.
- Track rental units, customer information, and equipment swaps, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the billing department to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on paperwork.
- Update expiring rental contract return dates and report on unreturned and damaged equipment.
- Maintain fleet status reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Source suppliers and collaborate with Accounts Payable to establish vendor relationships.
- Create requisitions and purchase orders, and process reports on receipt of supplies and parts.
- Adhere to organization procedures to control and maintain shop supplies.
- Provide information and support to local Operations Manager, Service Manager, and corporate teams.
- Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, stowing, picking, and packing.
- Coordinate with Customs & Border agencies for efficient importing and exporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent, and 3-5 years of related experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a rental customer service environment, preferred.
- Excellent technical and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills, with ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
