Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the rental shop, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and organizational background, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data and files to provide accurate insights into operational functions, such as vehicle tracking, training, and fleet status.
  • Track rental units, customer information, and equipment swaps, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with the billing department to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on paperwork.
  • Update expiring rental contract return dates and report on unreturned and damaged equipment.
  • Maintain fleet status reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Source suppliers and collaborate with Accounts Payable to establish vendor relationships.
  • Create requisitions and purchase orders, and process reports on receipt of supplies and parts.
  • Adhere to organization procedures to control and maintain shop supplies.
  • Provide information and support to local Operations Manager, Service Manager, and corporate teams.
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, stowing, picking, and packing.
  • Coordinate with Customs & Border agencies for efficient importing and exporting.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and 3-5 years of related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a rental customer service environment, preferred.
  • Excellent technical and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills, with ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
