Assistant (m/f/d)

25 hours/week

We are an innovative and motivated team that enjoys working with children and is open to new ideas and perspectives. Our children's house consists of two nursery groups, one regular group, one preschool group, and one after-school care with 80 spots.

Your responsibilities as an assistant

  • You will support the pedagogical team in the daily routine of the daycare and with household tasks.
  • You will plan various projects together with your group leader.
  • You will assist the specialist in caring for and promoting the children.

What we are looking for in an assistant

  • Basic qualification as a childminder or entry module for assistants (Module 1) completed, ideally with additional training as an assistant (Module 2) or willingness to undergo training soon.
  • Alternatively for career changers: willingness to undergo training as an assistant (Module 1 and 2) soon.
  • Commitment and empathy for our little ones.
  • A big heart for children and the motivation to care for them lovingly.
