About the Role

As a key member of the Client Success Team at Subsplash, you will play a crucial role in partnering with clients to drive their success and maximize the impact of their mission. Your primary goals will be to delight clients, increase retention, and increase recurring revenue through strategic consulting, relationship-building, and education on industry knowledge and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with targeted clients through regular communication and tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and educate clients on the value of Subsplash's platform
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet client needs and drive growth
  • Help clients succeed in their utilization and implementation of Subsplash products
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Team to achieve team and company goals

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, client success, or account management
  • Experience working with small-tier clients
  • College degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of the faith sector and church staff roles is a plus
