  • Analyze data from surveys and feedback mechanisms to evaluate communication effectiveness and employee readiness, using insights to drive improvements.
  • Participate in change impact assessments to understand the implications of changes and develop targeted communication plans.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely dissemination of information regarding upcoming changes and milestones.
  • Maintain an updated repository of communication assets and materials for organizational use.
  • Develop and administer internal and external surveys, providing comprehensive analysis of results.
  • Provide backup support to other roles within the department as needed.
  • Engage in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Technology, or a related field / equivalent work experience.
Experience:
2-4 years of combined experience in utilities or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in data analysis and process enhancement.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven history of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Knowledge of business practices and trends within the natural gas sector, with a commitment to expanding expertise in this area.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, along with other presentation software.

Understanding of business-related systems (i.e., Click, Asset Repository, GCMA, CCB, etc.)

Preferred Skills:
Ability to demonstrate adaptability in supporting various project aspects, including process enhancement, system upgrades, and strategic initiative execution.
Experience contributing to project environments with a focus on delivering results within budget and timelines.
Capability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables concurrently in a collaborative setting, working effectively with diverse project leaders across various business units.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with all management levels.
Understanding of general management practices and techniques, with a focus on continuous learning and application.
Flexibility to support various tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
